How Our Storage Service Works

  • 1. ENQUIRE Open or Close

    We have a large amount of information on our website if you would like to know more about our services. In particular, our FAQ and About Us Pages provide details on who we are, what we offer, and how our storage system works.

    Our Prices Page and Pricing Calculator will help you estimate the cost of our services, depending on how much you need collected, stored & returned, & for how long.

    If you would like to enquire further, feel welcome to go to our Contact Us / Booking Enquiry Page. Here, you can provide your contact details, Collection & Return dates (if you are not sure you can let us know when you do), your place of residence, & other information. We can then contact you to discuss your requirements, whether you would like a face-to-face quote, if you require packing materials, or any other questions you may have.

    We make regular visits to all of the major university campuses, colleges, & villages throughout the year, especially towards the end of each semester. So if you would like us to visit you in person to introduce ourselves, explain our services, &/or to provide a quote, please contact us to arrange a no obligation consultation - we are happy to do so.

    We operate After Normal Business Hours & on Weekends so if we don’t answer you immediately, it won’t be long before we respond to your enquiry. In-person quotations can also be done on these days & times.

  • 2. BOOK Open or Close

    If you are happy to proceed with our services, you can just call, sms or email us. Alternatively, you can complete as many details on the Contact Us Page and send to us – we will contact you to begin to confirm arrangements.

    We will then contact you to confirm all of your Collection & Storage arrangements, & answer other any enquiries you may have.

  • 3. PACK Open or Close

    If you don't know exactly how much space you require, we can provide you with a selection of boxes, plus packing tape & bubble wrap, for you to work out to how best pack your items.

    Packing Materials are delivered to you free of charge prior to your Collection date.

    Some students have found it useful to email us a few pictures of what they require to be stored (even if they haven’t started packing up yet) & we can offer some help as to the type of boxes you may need to help you get started.

    Please note: We are also available to visit you in person to discuss your requirements & explain our services. We are available after normal business hours & weekends for personal visits.


    Once you have completed packing up your belongings, let us know & we will confirm arrangements for your Collection. We require confirmation of your Collection at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your nominated Collection time.
    Prior to your Collection, we provide you with as an accurate quote as possible of your estimated cost. We then confirm the items you require Stored, & your cost, at the time of Collection.

  • 5. COLLECTION & PAYMENT Open or Close

    At the time of Collection, we confirm the number & type of items you require stored & then finalise your cost in person before we transport your items.

    Full payment for the full Storage period is required by the time of Collection, unless agreed by arrangement.

    Payment may be made by cash, Direct Debit, Credit Card or via Paypal.

    We have mobile payment facilities so you can pay with our representative at the time of Collection.

    Our representative can explain how payment can be made at the time of Collection, or please don't hesitate to contact us before Collection to confirm any details or enquiries you may have.

  • 6. STORAGE Open or Close

    We come right to your room and collect your items. We call or text you when we arrive at your accommodation & request that you meet our representative & provide them access to your building / room.

    Your items are then transported that same day to our secure storage warehouse located in Myaree, a southern suburb of Perth.

  • 7. RETURN Open or Close

    If you haven’t advised us at the time of Collection, as soon as you know when you're returning from your break, just contact us & we’ll work out arrangements with you.

    If we haven’t heard from you about three weeks before your University’s starting date for the next semester, we will email you to confirm your return arrangements.

    Please note: We require at least 72 hours notice prior to your nominated Return. Notification with less than 72 hours notice you may be charged a $25 late notification fee.

    Once your Return date is confirmed, we will keep in contact with you to confirm arrangements to deliver all of your storage items to your room or address.
